MagicPlate.ai offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for one-time purchases, subject to the conditions outlined below. This policy applies to all Starter, Professional, and Enterprise plan purchases.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date, provided you have not used the Service (as defined below).
2. Eligibility for Refunds
2.1 Refund Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Request the refund within 7 days of your purchase date
- Not have used the Service (see Section 3 for definition of "used")
- Provide a valid reason for the refund request
- Have purchased directly from MagicPlate.ai (not through a third-party reseller)
2.2 What Constitutes "Using the Service"
The Service is considered "used" if you have:
- Enhanced any photos using our AI photo enhancement tool
- Created any digital menus
- Generated any social media posts
- Used any HeyGen avatar features (Professional/Enterprise plans)
- Accessed API endpoints (Enterprise plan)
- Downloaded or exported any generated content
Important: Once you have used any feature of the Service, you are no longer eligible for a refund. This is because we have delivered the digital product and provided value.
3. Refund Process
3.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase:

- Include: Purchase date, reason for refund, and account information
3.2 Refund Processing
- Review Period: We will review your request within 2-3 business days
- Approval: If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days

- Account Access: Upon refund approval, your account access will be immediately revoked
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following circumstances:
- After 7 Days: Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
- Service Used: If you have used any features of the Service (as defined in Section 2.2)
- Change of Mind: After using the Service, even if you decide you don't need it
- Technical Issues: If technical issues are resolved or workarounds are provided
- Feature Requests: If you expected features that were not advertised
- Third-Party Issues: Problems with third-party services (payment processors, AI providers)
- Account Violations: If your account was terminated for Terms of Service violations
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds are generally not available. However, we may consider partial refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Service outages lasting more than 48 hours within the refund period
- Billing errors on our part
- Duplicate charges
All partial refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
6. Chargebacks
Important: If you file a chargeback with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately terminate your account
- Dispute the chargeback with evidence of service delivery
- Block future purchases from your account

7. Refunds for Enterprise Plans
Enterprise plan refunds follow the same 7-day policy, with additional considerations:
- If a dedicated account manager has been assigned, we may require a brief consultation before processing the refund
- Custom configurations or white-label setups may affect refund eligibility
- API usage, even minimal, constitutes "use" of the Service
8. Processing Time
- Request Review: 2-3 business days
- Refund Processing: 5-10 business days after approval
- Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days for funds to appear in your account (varies by bank)
Total Time: Typically 10-18 business days from request to funds appearing in your account.
9. Currency and Exchange Rates
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. If currency exchange rates have changed, you may receive a slightly different amount due to exchange rate fluctuations. We are not responsible for exchange rate differences.

If your refund request is denied and you believe it was incorrectly denied, you may:
