What happens after my one-time purchase?

After your one-time purchase, you receive immediate lifetime access to all features included in your plan. You'll get:

  • Email with login credentials and onboarding instructions
  • Lifetime access to all purchased features (no recurring fees)
  • Access to updates and improvements (at our discretion)
Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees! The price you see is the price you pay - one time, for lifetime access. There are no recurring monthly or annual charges. The only potential additional costs would be:

  • Optional premium support services (clearly marked if available)
  • Future add-on features (optional, clearly priced)
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal through our secure payment processors (Stripe and PayPal). All payments are processed securely and we never store your full payment information.

Can I get a refund?

Yes! We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if you haven't used the Service. Once you've used any features (enhanced photos, created menus, etc.), all sales are final. See our Refund Policy for full details.

How does AI photo enhancement work?

Our AI photo enhancement uses advanced machine learning to improve your existing food photos ethically. We:

  • Maintain the authenticity of your actual food

Important: We do NOT generate new food items or misrepresent your offerings. We enhance what's already in your photo.

Is the AI enhancement truly ethical?

Absolutely! Our AI enhancement is designed to be ethical and transparent:

  • We enhance existing photos, not generate new content
  • We don't add food items that weren't in the original photo
  • We improve lighting, colors, and presentation - not the food itself
  • We maintain authenticity and truthfulness in your menu representation

This ensures customers see accurate representations of what you actually serve.

What's included in "lifetime access"?

Lifetime access means:

  • You can use all purchased features indefinitely
  • No recurring fees or subscription renewals
  • Access to bug fixes and security updates
  • Access to new features (at our discretion, not guaranteed)

Note: If we discontinue the service entirely, we'll provide reasonable notice and export options.

Do I need technical skills to use MagicPlate?

No technical skills required! MagicPlate is designed for restaurant owners, not developers. Our interface is intuitive and user-friendly. If you can use email and upload photos, you can use MagicPlate.

What file formats do you support?

For photo enhancement, we support:

  • JPEG/JPG
  • PNG
  • WebP

Maximum file size: 10MB per image. For best results, use high-resolution photos (at least 1200px on the longest side).

Can I use MagicPlate on mobile devices?

Yes! MagicPlate is fully responsive and works on:

  • Desktop computers (Windows, Mac, Linux)
  • Tablets (iPad, Android tablets)
  • Smartphones (iPhone, Android)

You can upload photos, create menus, and manage your account from any device with a web browser.

How do I integrate with my existing systems?

Integration options vary by plan:

  • Starter/Professional: Manual export of enhanced photos and menu data
  • Enterprise: Full API access for integration with POS systems, websites, and custom applications

Account & Access
How do I create an account?

When you purchase a plan, an account is automatically created for you. You'll receive:

  • Email with login credentials
  • Link to access your dashboard
  • Onboarding instructions

If you don't receive this email, check your spam folder or contact us.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes! You can upgrade from Starter to Professional or Professional to Enterprise at any time. When upgrading:

  • You pay the difference between plans (one-time)
  • You immediately gain access to all new features
  • Your existing data and work are preserved

What happens if I forget my password?

Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. We'll send a password reset link to your registered email address. If you have trouble, contact support at sydney@magicplate.info.

Business & Legal
Who owns the enhanced photos?

You own your original photos and the enhanced versions. You can use them for:

  • Your website and social media
  • Menus and marketing materials
  • Delivery platforms (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.)
  • Any commercial use related to your restaurant

You may not resell the AI enhancement service itself or claim ownership of our AI technology.

Is my data secure?

Yes! We take data security seriously:

  • All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
  • Secure payment processing (we never see your full card details)
  • Regular security assessments
  • Access controls and authentication

Do you offer discounts for multiple locations?
